We have a complete process for complying with each country’s labor, tax, and employment regulations, including local partnerships and legal experts you can work with.

2. How do you ensure compliance with local employment and tax regulations?

We have a robust compliance process that includes regular audits, up-to-date legal counsel, and a dedicated compliance team in countries like the Philippines, India, and Canada. In other countries, we partner with providers that have systems in place to monitor changes in local laws and implement necessary adjustments promptly.

3. What is your pricing structure and any additional fees we might incur?

We pride ourselves on being the most transparent EOR provider. We charge a flat fee and try to avoid any hidden costs, unlike other vendors in this space. We communicate any extra costs such as onboarding fees, benefits administration, and termination costs. We present options and let you choose but ensure there are no hidden fees.

4. What level of support will we receive, and what does your account management process look like?

You will have a dedicated account manager who will guide you through the onboarding and EOR hiring process. They will be available to you via email or phone for as long as you stay with us. Should you need to escalate any issue we will provide you with a comprehensive directory of people you can reach anytime, we are committed to timely responses, and at minimum someone will respond to you within hours of your query.
